One of the first things I look at when treatment planning for anterior implant dentistry is the shape of the adjacent tooth crowns. Triangular teeth mean the case is high risk for optimal esthetics. When there are square or ovoid teeth in the smile I take a deep breath as obtaining optimal esthetics will be much more predictable. In this video I will talk about papilla biology, emergence profile and how we use crown form to close black triangles and create papilla fill.
