For many years when I walked into the operatory in my dental practice, the patient already had topical in place and my job was to get them numb. Over the years, I have learned a better way to build the value of my practice and to build greater relationships with my patients: I spend a few minutes at the beginning of an appointment to "check-in", and again at the end of the appointment to "debrief". In this video I will share what I ask, and how I use this time for the greatest impact.
