Dental Practice Rules Are Made To Not Be Broken

As a practice owner we put rules and systems in place as a way to optimize how we run our business and also to help facilitate dentistry for our patients. Recently I made an exception to one of the rules I had put in place in my practice. It was a great reminder of why we walk through a process of analyzing our options, thinking through the pros and cons and then putting systems in place. In this video I will share my learning from this recent exception to my own process.
