I had the fun experience of doing a DISC personality profile with my team recently. We all went online and completed the profile, and then the day of our team meeting a DISC management expert worked with my team remotely over the internet. It was incredible to get to know each other in a deeper way, even though we thought we knew each other well. I think this is a must do if you are trying to build a high performing dental team.
