Since so much of practice coaching involves helping dentists and team members work through challenges, it is always cause for celebration when things are going really well!  One practice in particular is doing the happy dance as their production/collections have demonstrated an increase of nearly double what they were doing only 2 1/2 years ago. Hats off to each and every team member for doing their part and making significant changes that led to this success.  Admin has mastered strategic scheduling and financial arrangements, assistants are using intra-oral cameras and helping patients understand choices, and hygienists have stepped up their game in terms of perio and restorative conversations and acceptance. Oh, and let's not leave out the Dr who has learned to apply advanced principles of fine dentistry! Yep, it takes the whole team to create a practice that can truly thrive.
