Failures

Yes I want to talk about the dreaded "f" word in dentistry, failures. I think it is common to really focus on the failures in our lives and in dentistry. Unrealistic expectations about how long dentistry will last, like expecting our crowns to last forever sets us up for failure. The experience of it can make us beat ourselves up and take this on ourselves as a weakness. I'd like to take another look at how we approach failures.

He practices with an emphasis on functional cosmetic dentistry in southern state of New Jersey, where he has been consistently been named a top dentist by his peers.
