As we all advance in our learning, clinical skills, and even our lives it sometimes easy to forget many of the fundamentals that were put into place for us to arrive to where we are today. Maybe today is a good day to remember to go back. Go back to those earlier pieces that created the foundation for more advanced understanding and implementation. Read your old notes and see in your own handwriting what you thought was important 2 or 5 or even 10 years ago when you heard Pete Dawson or Lee Brady speak about occlusion. It's amazing what light bulbs will go off when you allow yourself to go back to the beginning.
