Implant Improv

Friday during the really bad weather when Hurricane Irma came through the Atlanta area I got a call from a patient who is in an immediate denture while implants were healing. She had dropped her denture and broken it. I decided to try and convert her broken denture to use her implants as we were six months out, but needed to improvise as there was no way to get parts delivered during the storm. So using temporary abutments I set out to convert her denture.
