This last week I had the opportunity to get to know my dental team better and for them to get to know me better. At least once a year we schedule a two-day team retreat. This year we spent the two days with Mary Osborne, and the primary focus was on working better together and having a greater understanding of each other. We used a Myers-Briggs Inventory, and we had some incredible insights into how our "types" play out in our day-to-day interactions.
