Indirect Restorative Challenges

Posted on: 04.30.22 | by Lee Ann Brady

I think it is fair to say that all dentists have encountered challenges during the execution of an indirect restorative case. Even more frustrating is when you encounter something unpredictable after the case has been seated. In this webinar I will go over some of the common challenges and frustrations I encounter in my practice as well as some that dentists often ask me about. We will look at possible causes, and solutions to prevent these from happening as often.

Learning objectives

  • Understand how to avoid final impression challenges
  • Understand what causes discoloration of the final result and how to avoid this problem
  • Understand how to avoid discolored margins immediately after seating
