Keeping Up With Time

Most days we all seem to be fighting the same battles around the almighty clock and staying "on time" is no easy task. Yet, managing time effectively IS possible. There are many systems, behaviors, attitudes, and intentions that can all come together to provide a high level of predictability in your schedule IF you and your dental team are willing to work together toward that goal.  The rewards for success are amazing as your team and patients can all feel as though their time is valued. What steps might you be able to take to increase your ability to beat the clock?
