Local Anesthesia Strategies – Part One

Profound local anesthesia is an essential aspect of clinical practice, and sometimes an aspect we struggle with. The different drugs we can use have specific chemistry, and may be more or less effective, and can be combined. Understanding the pH, length of onset and duration, as well as how the chemistry affects patient experience has been very helpful in my practice.
