Glenn M. Kidder, DDS is a facial pain specialist in private practice in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He is an Assistant Clinical Professor at LSU School of Dentistry in New Orleans. He is also a long time member of the visiting faculty at the Pankey Institute where he concentrates his efforts on the diagnosis and treatment of TMJ and occlusal disorders.
