Dental materials and techniques for implant systems are constantly evolving. Some of them are designed to increase efficiency and others to optimize clinical outcomes. One of the hardest clinical situations is a single implant in the anterior aesthetic zone. Replicating the biology of the gingival tissues as well as the anatomy and shade of the tooth to match an adjacent natural tooth makes this a clinical challenge. In this webinar we will review new prosthetic components, lab processes and restorative systems designed to maximize aesthetics for anterior implant restorations.
Learning objectives
- Selecting and using screw retained abutment systems
- Anodizing abutments for color optimization
- Select try-in pastes that replicate lab cements
- Perfecting the shade for screw-retained implant restorations
