I don't know about you, but at times I can certainly find myself hyper focused on how I perceive things, situations and even people. Getting caught up my own thinking can often lead to what I'll call a "distortion in perception". The answer to many glitches in my own process can most often be traced back to a lack of attention on the bigger picture...forgetting to consider other dimensions or variables in the puzzle. Sometimes all I can do is laugh when I realize just how "off" my perceptions can be!
