Pain Free

05.19.17 | by John Nosti 7 Comments

Recently I have sought out some additional training in personal fitness and nutrition. One of the primary reasons for this is my love of dentistry. I want to practice for a long time, and to do that I need to protect my greatest asset, me!  I am a reading a great book right now called "Pain Free". It looks at staying physically fit as the key to eliminating and preventing chronic pain. To this same end I recently got new loupes. The purpose was to allow me to use better posture while I practice.
