I've always said that there is a huge difference between a happy patient and a raving fan. I LOVE it when I hear about a patient screaming from the rooftops about how great a practice is! Many years ago I remember our dental team creating a goal that we would raise the bar on what is possible in terms of hospitality, service, and relationships in all of medical care....and in many way this is exactly what is happening. I hope this segment inspires you and your team to explore what feedback your patients are giving, and what they are telling their friends about you.
