In today's video we look at a fresh approach to finding the fun and creativity in what could be considered dull, boring, or even monotonous duties or tasks. Research consistently demonstrates that when team members are enjoying themselves work is performed at a higher caliber and with less stress.  Sounds pretty good, right??
