Almost everything that we do every day boils down to systems. The level of effectiveness of these systems correlate directly to our productivity, profitability, and very much to our stress levels. One of the huge aspects of dental practice management is helping teams to recognize the need for, develop, write, implement, and hold accountability to systems. The fun part is that opportunities to get super creative with systems are everywhere!  All you have to do is look around, no matter what you are doing, and I promise...there is probably a way to do it just a little bit (if not a lot) better. It's time to open you eyes and stop doing things a certain way just because that's the way it's always been done.
