A recent night out at the Lion King reminded me of a business concept of "front stage" versus "back stage". How we vary our conversations and the detail and information we discuss when we are with the patient, versus the conversations we have as a team can be critical in practice success. The idea is to always put our best foot forward, always manage an exceptional experience for our patients. In this video I will look at a specific example from my practice as well as the concept of how we filter information in front of a dental patient versus when we are speaking as a team in the office.
