After reading a quote about leadership at the maritime museum in Auckland, the idea of what creates leadership have been on my mind. I have examples of leadership all around me in my life and in my dental practice and when I look at them they display the same components from the quote. Often leadership seems elusive, like some people are born with something that makes them leaders. More and more what I believe is that all of us can and do lead when the circumstances align in the right way to create the magic we call leadership.
