White and brown spot lesions are very common on teeth, and can be very distressing for our dental patients. The treatment plan for restoring these teeth can feel aggressive, especially in very young patients. Today we have two different protocols for eliminating and improving these lesions without restorations. We will look at the effectiveness of bleaching on these teeth and discuss both Icon and fluoride treatments.
