Turning Everyday Tasks into Opportunities to Grow Your Practice

06.21.17 | by Mary Osborne 2 Comments

Presented by Mary Osborne, with Lee Ann Brady, DMD

Growing your practice with patients who have the capacity to value your care allows your practice to thrive. You can invest a lot of time, energy and dollars into  Web sites, Social media, etc., while missing countless opportunities every day, interacting with patients in every aspect of your practice. Virtually every conversation, clinical task and email presents an opportunity to meet the needs of your patient and help them appreciate what makes your practice distinctive. And it takes virtually no time at all.

  • Scheduling a new patient: Administrative task, or opportunity?
  • Dental Exam: Clinical task, or opportunity?
  • An email question about insurance: Administrative task or Opportunity?

This webinar will help you learn to pick up on subtle messages from patients about their underlying values and concerns. It will help you to respond with care and confidence.  We will engage in a creative conversation that will stimulate your thinking and challenge your assumptions. Learning to take advantage of these opportunities will be energizing for you and good for your practice. It will be a creative and fun way to say who you are, and a powerful tool to change the way people see your practice. And the opportunities are already present; already there for you.
