Unmet Expectations

Several experiences this week have me thinking about unmet expectations, specifically in the area of customer service. Neither of these had to do directly with my dental practice, but it makes me reflect on my practice. My unmet expectations left me frustrated, disappointed and contemplating switching providers. I believe this is the same response our patients will have if we fail to meet their expectations. So are we in the service business?
