Over the years I have been able to utilize multiple tools to get to know myself and others better. One of my favorites is called a values clarification. Our values are things that are important to us. The motivate our behavior without us even knowing it, and when something in our lives is in conflict with one of our core values it causes us upset and distress. If you have ever had the experience of really struggling over a decision, and not being able to determine what to do, which is the right choice, it is likely because each choice satisfies one of your core values.
If you want to complete the values clarification, print the form and have it with you while you watch the video.
