When we bump into each other…

Posted on: 06.24.17 | by Sheri Kay

One would think that when people work together all day every day that communication would be easy. Unfortunately, that is not usually the case! It takes intention, patience,  and lots of courage to engage in conversation that really matter.  One creative way to encourage healthy dialogue is to work together as a team to create some agreements around HOW you want to be in relationship together.  This may sound a bit extreme...yet I find it to be super effective. I think it would be amazing if we all had clear "rules to live by" that were designed for one clear purpose...to enhance our ability to be in healthy relationship.
