Imagine being a patient with a lot of dental issues coming to light. It is recommended that you see a handful of specialists, have phased treatment completed, AND your friends are all telling you about their favorite dentists, specialists, and their own course of treatment.  It is so easy to become confused, overwhelmed and frustrated!! As much as I do believe that humans like to make their own decisions, dental patients deserve to have a quarterback in place to help them navigate all of the different aspects of their care.  Whether it be the dentist, a patient coordinator, or hygienist...who in your office is making sure that every patient has at last one person advocating for them and guiding them through the complexity of their care?
