One of the challenges of implant therapy in the Aesthetic Zone is the temporary solution during the surgical and healing phases. There are both removable and fixed solutions. In this video, I will discuss the choice between an Essix retainer and a flipper (interim partial denture). I will share what I use and why I made this clinical choice.
